Your privacy matters to me. Below you will find information on what data I process, why, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of grainsoft.pl is Damian Ziarnik, running a business in Rzeszów. Contact regarding data protection: kontakt@grainsoft.pl.
2. Scope and purpose of data processing
Personal data (name, e-mail address, message content) is processed solely to respond to enquiries sent through the contact form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in communicating with users). Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a reply.
3. Data retention period
Contact form data is stored for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and any further correspondence, no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless longer storage follows from the law or from an established cooperation.
4. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting and e-mail services, only to the extent necessary for the site to run and for correspondence to be handled. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies (e.g. remembering your cookie decision) and — only once you give consent — optional Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies, provided by Google Ireland Limited and used for anonymous traffic statistics. The analytics script is not loaded until you click “Accept all”. You can change your decision at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
6. Your rights
Everyone has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it and object to it, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). An e-mail to the controller is enough to exercise these rights.
7. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The controller applies technical and organisational measures protecting the processed data in a way appropriate to the risks and the categories of data.
8. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated as the site evolves. The current version is always available at grainsoft.pl/polityka-prywatnosci. Last updated: June 2026.
